Reseller here ...
Just in the past hour my phone would not stop vibrating ..
I have hundreds of customers on portal 1.
All on Stb emu... all being blocked .
Reset does not help .
Just wanted a mod to confirm there being a Issue.
Switching portals for everyone would be a night mare !!

my channels are messed up too here today. Some are dead and most others are freezing badly

I tried iptvprivateserver and also iptvrocket with same results.

STB blocked is nother story thou...

What I'm saying is ....
All these customers stbs are blocked .
I tried to reset and nothing ...
They can't get in the server at all..

yea, i spoke before I understood your post, sorry about that.

Check the service website with a couple of your codes and see what server url is shown there.

Maybe just a router reboot (off for a full minute) and then an IPTV reset may work

I got like 10 customers with this issue ..
So basically I'm gonna have to fix.
Won't fix on its own...?

Do you not provide your customers with the confirmation number and donation number so they can control there account all they would have to do is check and change your crazy already! lol:cool:

The average user doesn't know to set anything up man .lol ..
I do give info ..
They wouldn't know to configure ..
That's why I get paid the big bucks .

..trust what he says means nothing .
He never could never do the volume I do in this game.
So I'll remain humble and not say another word.
However .. bro ill wait it out to see if anything changes .
Any possibility the system booted them off the portal and is just not showing on my panel .?

things have been changing at server end with user credentials and without notice... but them changes are URLs and possibly from NFPS URL to Rocket URL or vise versa... but no one has been booted or deleted as best my knowledge at what I see.

The server has changed from p1 to p3, that's what happened to me. You need to check each donationnumber to confirm, then change the url.

Man I feel for you guys the resellers.
This has been a mess since the start,and no improvement in sight.
It brings back memories of the early days of satellite key sharing mess.
The daily frantic search for new keys,codes,etc,etc,and NO help from the provider.
Most costumers are not technical savy,and do not even know how to reboot their router.
Imagine trying all the procedures outlined in here to (maybe) get their IPTV service up and running again.:confused:
And to finally get it up and running again to find out that you can not watch anything anyways since everything is freezing.
