I hadn't been using my IPTV for a while, when I tried it I couldn't get it to work. I was forced to change my donation number when I went to check it which I updated in the server credentials did a reset but it still won't connect. I'm using an avov online box.

turn avov off.
Turn router off and wait about 1 minute. Then go to website and do another reset.
While there , check that the server URL for iptv matches what is on the avov.
Then turn avov on and check results

If not connecting try changing the Portal. That will fix connection issues with the Avovs.
