What am I doing wrong

I hadn't been using my IPTV for a while, when I tried it I couldn't get it to work. I was forced to change my donation number when I went to check it which I updated in the server credentials did a reset but it still won't connect. I'm using an avov online box.

turn avov off.
Turn router off and wait about 1 minute. Then go to website and do another reset.
While there , check that the server URL for iptv matches what is on the avov.
Then turn avov on and check results

HI Crazed tried it on 3 Avov boxes and still will not work Avov may need to update ?

If not connecting try changing the Portal. That will fix connection issues with the Avovs.

Wouldn't let me. It's using P1

Finally let me change, it went to p5. and all my boxes are up but now they don't seem to be stable, live TV is crashing when changing channels, I'm not complaining just reporting.
