Lots of people have the same issue, just have to wait until they fix it on the server side

Does anyone know if there's been a change to this issue. My box was locked yesterday

Go in and check your URL . Its a good chance your port has been moved. This is what you will get stb is blocked call the provider. If it has been changed go in the inner portal and change it. Unplug your internet cable when you do this other wise it will update to r18 and you don,t want this. After you have changed it and it has been saved reconnect
your internet cable and reboot your box. And it should be good to go.

4 of my donations got the "STB Blocked" messages even with no changes in the portals. I really don't understand what're they doing.

I got mine fixed after I emailed them and got a response stating to fix my portal url see message:

Dear customer.

In order to implement a mandatory security update to your donation(s) we had to move it to a new IPTV portal that already has the security implementation. Please update your IPTV Portal URL to:

p5.iptvprivateserver.tv (http://p5.iptvprivateserver.tv/)

In case you experience any problem doing this change or connecting to the server feel free to vist our forum.

I am having the "STB blocked by provider" now. Have read all the other posts about this and still cannot resolve the issue. Can someone help me? I am using Rocket with the P1. url
