Need help

Hey guys i am having a problem my mothers service was working and it stopped working.I have a photo of what happens when i log in. It looks like i get html code off to the right when i try to log in.

Thank you. So I downloaded the xstream addon. I am entering the password associated with the order number it is telling me I am incorrect? I have been out of the loop with this stuff for awhile. MY mother just told me now of course. So I am backpeddling trying to catch up to speed with the changes. My order number when I search shows me a password this is the number I enter into xstreams correct?
