What do I need to do if Papiao is ignoring my emails.? After clearly my donation is bad.. All i need is for them to replace the donation..I have been very patient.. Im a loyal customer for years now.. have bought more donations than probably most of the people on here..I thought maybe that should count for something..

What do you mean by "bad donation"?

Send a PM to the Mods here with all pertinent info.
then send the exact info to Papiao (Contact us > https://papiao.is/contact/)
Make sure your email address is same as what is in their file.
Dont forget to check your spam folder!

My donation all of a sudden went out.. it's not the box because I used another donation on it and it worked.. then took that bad donation to another box and it didn't work. I got crazed (the moderator here) to look at it.. he said the donation wouldn't work for him either and that he was gonna contact someone about it.. he never got back with me either.

I let them know and nothing happened.. All they have to do is give me a fresh donation.

Have you checked your assigned credentials (portal address/mac# etc.)
Your old donation has your mac# associated with it. did you set the new Don# up to your existing Mac# properly (Delete mac# from old donation, then assign to new #)?
Did you change your box portal address to the new portal address, which most users have had changed?
Go to Papiao and make sure you have all the correct info. (Do an IPTV Reset while you are there)
Just want to make sure you didn't miss a step!

I do have all of the correct info.. I manage my own account.. Im considered a reseller.. I can put in any of my other donations and the same box wold work.. I can pt in the donation that they gave me.. and it wont work on any box..They just need to credit me with a full donation

I have contacted papiao numerous times with all relevant information.
There are many times I do not hear back from them concerning these issues as they just end up dealing direct with the client and at times I never know what came of it, unless the client/user tells me, or papiao does tell me sometimes, when needed.
I can not do any more... Your avenue is to email them again about this supaman

I have the same problem.. i have 7 donations in 1 account and 6 in another that are the same way... have contacted papiao with no reponse for over several weeks

Same thing happen to me Papiao gave me a new donation and it is no good they won't respond to my emails I have over 190 days left on my donation I haven't had tv for over 2 weeks😡😡
