I use Kodi 17.1 on W10, works fine. I use SPMC 16.6.0 on my Android devices. Would not use 17.1 on Android.

hi, thanks for responding so quickly. I'm running kodi 17.0 krypton on a firetV box. I have the iks66 service, from site: http://s1.iptv66.tv/c/. I can gladly provide additional detail(s) if necessary.
thanks!

I just realized that I was actually using kodi 17.0, not 17.1. I just updated to kodi 17.1 to see if the issue stops. As i'm typing this, the channel i was washing (food network east) just stop working - i guess kodi 17.1 or 17.0 doesn't make a difference as far the issue that i'm having.
