Anyone else having these issues?
All Channels Freezing.
Is their another IPTV service supported here? My Donation is almost up and i would like to give another service a try.

Update: Rebooted router, all channels still freeze, VOD does not freeze. So does that mean it's the service? Again, VOD does not freeze. Trying to get this box going while i am on Vacation :)

I'm experiencing same problems with 3 mags boxes, router reset didn't help, it's connectivity issues at their end with servers

Yes you are right, mine keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, Also Freezing on most channels. Well i only have 20 Days left on this box, TvOnline. Then i am getting rid of it. I am looking to get the Nvidia Shield. This way i can install different apps when IPTV has issues :) and i won't be left hanging.
I'm experiencing same problems with 3 mags boxes, router reset didn't help, it's connectivity issues at their end with servers

Did anyone still experiencing buffering and freezing on the US and Latino channels? For the last few days the channels I watch are buffering or freezing. On the announcements the admin mention they are having problems with the P1 and that's where is my connection. I been trying to changed on the IPTV reset but it doesn't change to P2 or P3. The only part it change is the server from 1.rocketserver.tv to 2.rocketserver.tv but not the IPTV portal still on P1.
Any suggestions ???

Yes you aren't the only person with the problem. Hope they get it fixed soon. This is getting to be a everyday event.

Sounds like dealing with ISP, check you cable connection, reset modem, reset router, brush your teeth, call back in a couple days if you still have problems. If you don't have patients with this you need to give it up. I've been dealing with this since since ?early 1990's nothing is free it's always a chase. IveEnjoyed the days of h card

This is totally unacceptable every channel now is freezing. I've been loyal customer for 3 years and it just seems to be getting worse instead of better.
What good is having a subscription if you can't watch anything. I have a h96 Android box and a Fire TV box Colts running an emulator and a VPN I've also change ISP three times I've changed modems twice. I'm at my Wit's End and I've had enough. The more they play with it the worse it gets.
I'll be looking for other alternatives. I realize this is just a support site but come on guys this is ridiculous. I'm tired of chasing my tail and everyday having to do something just to whatch something on TV.
I'm sure someone's going to come on here and say well you can always pay for cable. But cable is better than this .
what what good is paying for a service if you can't watch anything on it .it's like having no service at all.
When I first started using this device realized that there was going to be problems but like I said they're getting worse.NOT BETTER.. as much time as I've worked on trying to make this work they should be paying me for wasting my time.
Lots of freezing here too.
When I first changed portals, it seemed to run great.
But the next day, it went bonkers with the freezing.
Maybe they took on too many users at one time, changing the portals.

I have reset the router, and freezing seems to get worse every day, Fox News use to be the most stable channel on my box, now it is unwatchable. I checked to see if rocket had the p2 portal but it does not. They are aware of a problem with NFPS and leaving us in the dirt. I can always use the app cCloud to watch.

Patience is a vertue! Patience also suggests that relief would ultimately relieve the situation, instead after a major server update we are now told it's an issue with a 3rd party host. I find this odd due to the fact that this problem existed way before the server(s) were supposedly updated just recently. Telling someone who has subscribed to this service just to forget about it and find another solution if you can't wait for things to get better seems like a cop out to me. Let's not even talk about the hundreds of loyal customers that actually do sit patiently waiting and waiting and waiting ... For what the exact same issue with a new work around and a host of uncommfirmed tactics such as rebooting, routers, switches, modems, and brushing your teeth. I too have been doing this since the h card days... I also can promise you that thier are indeed other working solutions that people seem to be enjoying at this very moment. I've seen it with my own eyes, unfortunately we are not allowed to talk about other services but they aren't hard to find. I have 5 rocket subs I resell and have received nothing but negative feedback from. As a counter measure to the issues that constantly arise from this service I have had to order and purchase equipment from dave himself. Between 6 individuals sharing the bill it's actually quite affordable to have most premium channels on a subscription. I don't care if they fix my rocket sub at this point because it only last a short period before I'm forced to return to the forum and spend my time sorting out BS in order to satisfy my customers needs. It would be nice if this notion was mutual. At least tell new subscribers what they are getting themselves into before taking there money and then say shut up don't complain, be patient, if you don't like it then leave.... This scenario could only happen on an Internet only service such as this because honestly I wouldn't hesitate to confront the situation/individuals making such statements after I've invested in them.

It is not rocket science to understand that we built this forum and is for NFPS support. How is it that we are made out to be the bad guy because we do not want other services taking advantage of free support on our dime ?!!

But what do yous want us to do about this?
You want me or us to contact papiao every 6 hours and tell them that there is bad freezing or missing channels ?
I can tell you if I did that then my other emails to them would be set to a low priority.. and I need my communication with them at high priority. Many people need that in order to get the codes they may have spent 100s or 1000s of dollars to get (yes, them orders are real) but somehow the notice was missed or not seen and needs a person like me to help and get resolved best as I can... I need high priority contact to do that with.
So yes, I do care and yes I do pay attention.
I will say again, if yous want papiao to take notice of your distatse or frustration, then an email to them is the only way, well maybe not only way but will get the point accross better.

and yes .. grade school.
In grade school if rules and guidelines were set, we all rebelled and scoffed at the "rule" but never really understood why the rule in the first place or cared to understand... Being adults we know why most rules are in place... and to make fun or scoff at or even post the fact that we do not allow other services talk here is grade school mentality.
The reasons are very easy to understand. we as adults should know that without being told :eek:

My post refering to ISP is not bashing. It's in reference to patients. some peps think things will always pe perfect. Wrong, this to me is a continuation of several hobbies. It's actuall a release from my job. As much as some would like for this to be an answer to all, it may never be. That's why it's only a chase for me. You got to love it

I overstand your position 150%... I couldn't do what you do daily and keep a solid grin. I think it's unfair what the mods here are forced to do. Outside of helping people configure and setup the service... Once they are up and running is where the user will find the most frustration in using the service. That's when the mods hit them with random messages from the big boys if you guys even have anything to share. One thing is for certain... Good customers that support the service, and others on the forum will get burned out pretty quickly and move on to other things. I actually like most of the support provided here from the mods and some users, but the fact is most of the conversations here are about service related issues and problems and not just support. Sadly, I was directed here by the service for support. And obviously I know you care... No disrespect intended.

But we gotta think about resellers here too. They spent 1000s and with faulty service they get the phone ringing off the wall. The reseller could just ignore them but most resellers are decent guys and will do their best to help their clients but with faulty service then that gets real tough.. we can not blame them for the frustration :(

Same issue here, freezing and repeating/rewinding most channels channels. This is due to poor maintenance from the server.

My donation expired a couple days ago, but I was not watching anyway due to freezing. Been waiting for some good comments before I buy new donation. I have another site for backup, but doing the same thing. It always seems that the same thing happens to all the sites at the same time. Sure miss my western channel.

Rebooting won't fix this. I am also having the same problem. This is a server maintenance issue. They need to keep up with it or problems will come up. Again this is the server poor maintenance of the service.

The good thing is that you get both iptv and iks with the same donation. IKS is working good, i have dishes pointed to DISH USA, DISH Mexico and SKY mexico, so I get plenty of channnel options. Sky Mex works all the time, so I am always up.

what do you have for receiver? I miss the good old Dish TV - gave up two yrs ago when they changed the system and IPTV came along.
