mag 254 - more than one supplier/portal

Hi all...new to iptv so please bear with me! Can I only have one current iptv supplier running to my mag 254 box? I wasn't overly happy with the service I was getting with my current supplier and wanted to take a sub with an different supplier...is this possible? how many different portals can you have?
