Tv Online 4 Stuck on Avov Logo

Any idea how to fix this?
Try factory reset , still the same. Leave it unplug for couple days, it will work then go back again to avov logo after 1 day.
Latest software it in, just kodi and tvonline app installed.

use the reset button hole in the back of the box to factory default it...........paper clip works fine.........hold it in then plug the box in.....release the paper clip after 15 seconds.....you should come to the android menu...choose factory default...........

unplug all but video put pin in hole till you feel a click then plug in power and do what floder2 said

Thanks Floder2, and Marley. I did try the reset button under the box, but since day one reset button never works on mine, I know I pressed the button I can feel/hear it press and hold , power ON. Never work for 15sec nor 1min. I emailed support, told me to bring it in for repair. I Just dropped my box and wait for a week for them to repair it.

Replace your HDMI cable they always give us a bad 1 that comes with it

Hi an old thread I know but my TVOnline4 just decided to hang at the first boot up screen (black with white 'AVOV'). I've tried the method mentioned above to no avail. Any other fixes out there (boot from USB, etc)? Most appreciated!

factory reset button at the back of the box will work...it can be tricky and take multiple attempts...keep trying
