I just tried it with my e-mail address and donation number and it worked. Possibly Crazed or Marty can take a look later.

I do not know what the issue may be.
With any that have sent me a message I was able to log in with their credentials from here.
So it may be Browser or IP or something else, I do not know.

I had sent an alert a few days ago to administration about this as well. And with all the emails they get from members ...they are aware.
but like I said, when I try the member's credentials.. they work for me

If they have an alternative browser, it is worth a try. It also might be worth trying to login using a proxy server.

Clear the History (Cache & Cookies) from your browser and retry. It's working fine for me as well as others. Double check you don't have any typos.

Good morning. I just attempted again on the IPTV Reset & Donation Checker and once again I got The information provided is incorrect please try again. I even changed Browsers.
With my order number I have three Donation numbers. None work at the Reset & Donation Checker site. I am not new to IPTV I have been doing this for years and never ran into this problem. Not only is it not working in my home state but in other states as well. If you would like to try my numbers, I will provide them to you in a PM.

The issue seemed to be that the new generated code also had a new Order number and so you had little hope of finding it without that info.
