IPTV Reset not working

Have tried twice to do IPTV Reset but no luck both times. Says "successful" on site but I then start STBEMU and don't need to enter route.

I have a problem where the EPG does not change to the channel I input. The channel changes but the EPG is always 1 change behind.....weird!
