Agreed with Farmer1! I went from a laptop running Kodi with simple client. Also had a STB emu and a playlist now setup.
I just got the T1 plus a few weeks ago and like it the best out of all the options I have used so far. You can be up and running and literally 5min if you follow the instructions posted and Kodi works great on it as well. The box is really fast!! Plus the epg guide so far has worked great!
Definitely go with a box you can control adding apps that you use. Don't get liked into a box that you cannot add apps like Kodi. Kodi is great for when issues arise and you want to watch tv!!

Thank you guys, I just bought one on craigslist. Now I need some help setting up IPTV. It is asking me for "Input service address" but below that line I see "http://, the "certificate and finally ok or cancel. I am attaching an image.

I am not sure if I should put on the field "input service address" my IPTV portal that is: p1.iptvprivateserver.tv, but below where I see the "http//" I don't know what to put there???
UPDATE: never mind guys. I just got it. Thank you so much.

the T1 Plus tutorial will explain all that
http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?29276-Dreamlink-T1-Plus-Server-Set-up-with-MAC-attached
The Service (top line) is actually just any name you want to give it, for your own reference.
The Server URL (server address) will follow the http:// prefix
Credentials when checked, will bring up the User ID and Password slots.
