Mines doing the same. Wondering if it's the box or just the service.

I'm at 100 Mbps download 12 upload 13 m/s ping. It seems to be certain channels because just watched a movie on hbo channel 301 no buffering what so ever. Switched to channel 134 buffering every 45 seconds to a minute.

Hi eagle are you hard wired or using wifi? This might help people narrow down what the issue might be. Also the portal. If all your channels are buffering then it's got to be something else going in as not all the channels are buffering at this point. If it's only certain channels that are buffering for you post what they are so others can check them to see if it's a server issue or something else going on👍 hopefully with the info you provide we can get you something's to try.

Hi pod77 thanks for your time, it doesn't make any difference wired or wireless both do the same thing. Some channels are ok like CNN and some sports channels but "Discovery Channels" (my FAV. channels to watched) now also buffering. I don't know what to do...

If it's only certain channels then it's possibly the feed that the server is getting them from. If your freeze free on most other channels and it's just a few that have issues there isn't anything you can do except wait until the channel is fixed on the server side. Always check the channel forum to see if the channel your having issues with is listed as a channel having issues. If it's not listed post it in that area so others can check it as well
