need help to restart home page

I must hit a wrong key when I tired to resetting my new box mag 254. the screen goes black with the word invalid format in a smell box move around with in the screen. I can not get back to the previously screen.I had tried unplug & plug-in. All do not work. all keys tried no working. many thanks....

I had tried many times. result the same. the box just loading... then go black with invalid format. Are there any other ways to get the main menu? Thanks

boot up to the BIOS menu and re-do your box..

I had connect my box to another TV is LED. The infomir loading up video. I got to see youtube, on demand, TY, setting, ... But it dose not have sound/audio. Beside the screen of TV channels all not in full 6:19 screen. on demand movies are in full screen HD. Thanks to post 3. I switch from LG 720p plasma TV to 1080p LED TV it work just no audio. please help. thanks...
