M3U for Mag254

I downloaded the generic M3U an generic M3U with option. Copied to a USB stick formatted at FAT32. I reset the IPTV now cannot get pass the "YOUR STB BLOCKED CALL PROVIDER". Is there a short cut to get to media play?
I am trying to determine if the playlist is better then using the MAC address in addresssing the Freezing and mag 254 lock up, before I renew subscription.
