aviv tvlonline n question

setting up my nfps server, yet when i come to connect, it shows me screen with an active code box, 5 characters. had a tvonline box for 2 years and never had this asked b4, so is this an Avov thing, or an nfps thing??

edit** was able to activate using the tvonline app, but not from the boxes server setting menu
