Last time they promised compensation they honored it so with that said that's great news! Great catch this will atleast put members at ease knowing that they will be taken are of.

They just announced it!!!! Last time they did it they added it after they got the system up and running!! Would you rather them get us up and running or go through everyone's account and add the days now and not get us up and running again??? What would you prefer?

Do we tell our clients they'll be getting an extra week as well .?
Bad enough yet think we're lying cause we gave them a time line .
Lesson learned. Never tell your clients a time line !!

I never got jack squat last time they offered the week for all the trouble and a ton of other people didnt get jack squat either..I even sent an email asking about it that went unanswered..wouldnt be surprised if the same thing happens again
I believe for all the time this has been unwatcable since I first payed... I am owed about a 9 months extension

This cost less than 1 month of cable! What do you want 100% no issues? Let me guess for $105 a year you think your going to get perfect service 😂

I don't understand that theory. You only paid a buck a day so don't expect perfect service. Last time I checked they claim to have error free TV. It's what they say on the website. If they were honest in the first place maybe people wouldn't be upset.
Not one IPTV service advertises and says
"Because the cost is so low, you will have intermittent loss of service and/or channel buffering or not working at all. "
Maybe if they did people would be more accepting.

also, are you affiliated with this service, reading some of your posts you use the word "we" quite a bit when referencing what services this site supports, the way you are wording your response's it's coming off as if you have something to do with the way this service operates, I do not see the "mod" or "owner" title under your user name, just kinda rubs me the wrong way when someone who has no affiliation with the service is coming off as if they do...

Not just plants either... Too many feel that our site here is just a place to post bitches and complaints when actually it is not at all.
Consider pod as a secret weapon against that .... he evens up the playing table, so to speak :)

Thank you that is exactly what I meant. If you happen to read the actual thread dells you would see the "WE" means this site supports NFPS, Rocket & IKS66.
Dells I'm really not trying to be rude at all but be honest do you really think that paying $105 a year for TV you are going to get this awesome problem free service? So when you go out and purchase something either online or at a store you just take the word of the website or store without doing zero research at all and buy it blindly? All anyone has to do before purchasing any IPTV service is do some research and see what issues have happened in the past before buying. If anyone doesn't that's your own fault period!
If you think your going to buy any TV service for $105 a year without any issues your not be honest with yourself... It's actually funny that people complain about something that literally costs 30 cents a day...... If people would keep a basic cable TV package then when issues like this happen you have TV.
But what happens are either resellers or people blindly "cut the cord" thinking your going to save all this money.. All your doing is giving yourself a headache or for resellers getting non stop calls because you didn't explain how this works. Sorry you don't like the facts 😉

It is about opportunity lost!!
Some sports event like Champions League soccer games are finished. There are no catch up channels. So those games are lost.
This is the point. 1 week extra subscription will not bring back passed games.

Same here. US channels still down. Honestly since I've gotten my one year donation, I haven't seen IPTV work "normal" for longer then a day or two and even that had channels that wouldnt work. Today I'm around 250 days left, thats over a 100 days of BS service. I guess you get what you pay for.
Never pay 1 year upfront!! 1 month max. at a time.
Even if get some discount for 1 yr donation, it is not worth the aggravation later.
Too many providers take in 1 year subscription, then go out of business after 2-3 months or change their names and modus operandi or provide crappy service all year long.

There was approx two weeks prior notice about this.
You should have made arrangements to see those events with other means if they were important to you.
Some tell me to relax but seeing posts like this, makes it very difficult ... grrrrrr
