VoD not working

I have stb emulator on a android box and the vod is not working ,,i have to other android boxes and a mag 254 and they are working perfect.Is there a setting i am missing ?

it working fine on kodi it must be on your side

Don't forget they are doing maintenance on the servers. It could be affecting VOD as wel.
