There are many Apps found in the T1 Market and also found in the Aptoid market.
Not all these Apps will play m3u files and some will need the MX Player or possibly the VLC Player or other to accompany the App to view these Playlists.

I will be using the FreeTV Pro App
It can be found in the T1 market. If you have your Market set to the Aptoid Market, simply press the green button while in that Market and that will take you back to the T1 Market.

Find the app and download it.
If this is the first time using this App, then this first time entering the App you will be greeted with a menu asking from where you will be installing your Playlist from, either from URL or from USB
I have a Playlist on USB, so I chose that option.

Then next will be the contents of the USB show up. Highlight your playlist and then hit the Blue download button.
Next screen will ask for server name, which can be any name you chose.
Enter the name (hit OK to bring up the keypad).
Then exit the keypad and click on the OK icon.
Then the Add Server menu will appear again, just exit that screen.

Now you should see your named Playlist there , just click on it.

That is it.
You should be watching TV almost instantly.

Adding other Playlists will be almost the same procedure, except you may have to use the colored buttons more often to get to the correct screens.
Legend for these buttons will show at the bottom of the screen.

So far I like this App for Playlists, but i will try others and report findings at a later date.

The original post above deals with using the m3u Playlist file on a USB storage device and installed thru USB and onto the Free TV Pro Player app. You can do same method thru many other Player apps (Perfect Player, VLC and etc...)

You can also use the Playlist thru the URL and then there would be no need for the actual m3u file to be installed. It would be streamed from the URL.

-Advantages of being streamed is that you will always get the new additions to the VOD selections and any new Live TV channel additions or changes.

-Advantages of USB Playlist file is that it can be edited to your preferences. Check the 'VODs English' thread in the M3U forum here at iptvTalk to understand that further.
Disadvantage is that you yourself would need to add any new additions as they come.

Recently Dreamlink added a Portal for m3u Playlist functions.
It is easily accessed.
When in Live TV, use the Menu button on remote and there will be the 4 selections shown onscreen.
LiveTV
VOD
Portal
Settings

Open Portals and scrolling the list of available Portals you will see one labeled as Playlist
Open that.

Now you will need one of two things.
Either a m3u Playlist file on a USB drive device and ready to install.
Or the server Playlist URL

To get the m3u Playlist file or the URL, follow the directions in one of the threads linked below...
*Remember ...it is the Playlist URL that is needed and not the server URL that is used to connect to server when using your MAC attached method.

iptv66 Playlist

Okay, with either method you will be using (file or URL), we will enter that Playlist Portal and with EDIT highlighted, depress the OK remote function.

It will ask for Portal Nickname and a keyboard screen should appear. Type any name for your own reference to this Playlist, keep it short and simple :)
Use the Exit button on remote to exit keyboard. then highlight the M3U Playlist line and you can enter the Playlist URL here now.
Or you can scroll all the way to the right and highlight one of those File Folder icons seen there and that is how you find the path to the inserted USB device with your Playlist on it.
There is also an EPG URL XML line to be entered, if using one.

This works same as any other Player basically.,but has advantages.
And another thing you can do is once you get your Playlist file or the Playlist URL, then go back to service website and re-attach your MAC addy and then this way you can switch portals from Playlist to your other working Portal and back and forth any time without needing to attach your MAC every time. The Playlist still works with your MAC attached to your code, so easily switching between the two is now easily done while not having to exit the DOL2 app to run an external m3u Player :)

ANd guys and gals, try that VODs English Playlist. You will find some nicely organized Categories in there and using thru DOL2 Portal and it's Player, the Categories functions work nicely.
