Hi all I am looking for some help on my new T1 plus. I have had it setup for about a week and it was connecting to NFPS server great and all channels were up and working. The past few days it will not load any channels I just get the spinning circle with the loading message. I tried VOD and can watch movies. I'm not sure what else to try to get the channels to load. I have another setup/ donation using the playlist and that works fine. So my ISP isn't blocking anything. The T1 is hard wired into my modem as well. I checked the settings and it says it's connected to the server. Does anyone have any idea what else I should try? I have also tried deleting the DOL app and reinstalling it as well. Thanks for any help or ideas!

I'm actually using it now using the discovery go app streaming a show so it's definitely got internet access. That's why I can't figure out why the DOL won't play channels but VOD will connect and work.

try factory reset start all over

I second that. Before doing a factory restore you could also try force closing the DOL app from the Android app list. Then hit "Clear Data". That should reset DOL to factory fresh. Then re-add the server and try connecting again. If that doesn't help, then try a factory reset.
