when i turn mag on [dim blue light] i get mode not supported but subscription is good, reset was done and i cannot enter bois mode when blue light is bright it says no signal i do not use vpn and my router is provider owned i have unplugged power from router and plugged back in have tried unplugging mag and same results. Unit was working fine till about a week ago Any ideas:confused:

I had a similar problem a couple of months ago and it was not the Mag, it was the TV. I changed to a lower resolution and it worked. In my case was a graphics problem.

To get to settings, unplug MAG then back in, there are 4 small buttons around the OK button the one on the lower left is the menu button press repeatedly while booting until it goes to the menu, i had the same " not supported " prob a long time ago but only on select channels and believe i changed the rez setting in the MAG box to make it work, good luck.
