The website iks66 will not take my card.... I tried all three options.....is there another way to pay them? ...like paypal ?

You need to figure out why it didn't go through. If it is the credit card company stopping the transaction, call them and ask that it be allowed to complete. Of course, your card has to be able to do an international transaction in the first place.
