Reset problem?

Every time I change channels iptv stops working and I have to reset donation. Once I do the reset it works until you guessed it I switch channels and then back to the reset. This is really getting frustrating. Anyone have a clue how to correct the problem? Will the scheduled maintenance fix this? I use windows 10.
