Buffing setting on T1

Can some one say what is the right buffering setting on the T1 box i am having a lot of freezing thanks

Whats ur download speed ? Does your box wired or wifi ? Based on these answers, buffering setting can be recommended

It is wireless my speed is 45 MBPS it is near hard wire it i have to thanks
