server not working

hi there can anybody help i bought a new donation i set it up this morning butt all information is not giving me nothing .server said is connected

You need to provide more information. What device are you using? What app/add-on are you using? What directions did you follow to configure your set-up? Are you getting an error message? If so, what is it?

i am using a jynx Box ultra hd v4 . put all my information like new port new server and deskey it doesn't give anything at the bottom said wait don't know what that means

That box is for IKS only we deal with IPTV only here. You can try looking at tvbeta site for help
