Bad Buffering and some channels no video

Ever since I changed to the new new portal p2 have had lots of buffering today is the worst ,but now having some channels that are giving me audio but no video.Have not been able to watch anything today,did a iptv reset but can't change portals as others have said so not sure what else to do.Running kodi 16.1,...

myguci box was basically doing the same as Sultan 14's box as described in his post so i followed recommendations to go to video and uncheck acceleration boxes. Did that video came back and no freezing or fast forward.Watched boxing last night picture was great no problems.

Sometimes it does the trick. Sometimes it has absolutely no effect, but it is always worth a try.
