Hi, ever since the NFPS upgrade I have a serious problem ,where after every hour or two ,Sometimes even less time.When your changing channels ,because you have to flip back n forth the channels because the picture froze up .It then locks everything up, and says loading at the bottom,and you always end up having to unplug and plug the mag 254 box back in. Only to half to do it all over again after awhile when the picture freezes up and your forced to flip back n forth again. Or you would like to watch a different tv program. I know there must be other people that are having this serious problem. Is there a fix for this. If it helps I am on server 1 and on what people consider the least buggy file r14. Please chime in. If no one speaks up.They will not know this is a problem,and that this is not acceptable at all. I have had a service with them for 6 years ,and this is by far the worst annoying problem I am many others have encountered. The volume problem with the new upgade is unacceptable as well.But that,s another issue that at least people have acknowledged,So please keep it to the serious loading freeze up,half to constantly reset the mag 254 problem.
