I'm definitely connected because everything else is working fine but kodi. Tried everything on my end , it must be kodi it self....?

It's definitely sounds like operator error...
On Kodi 17 make sure you have 'unknown sources' on or you won't be able to install anything other than from the Kodi repo.
You added a source in file manager for the tvaddons website? And you can't install the repo as a zip from there? Really?

Really? It tells you , you have to turn on the "unknown source" . I did add the source and installed the repo from zip as kripton and javris. When i go to program addons or video addons, i get the addon list but it just fails to install anything. I mentioned i have tried to install indigo or all other addons it fails......
So is it really the operator error .....really?
Guys, don't make this personal. It could be a platform issue as well, permissions or something with the OS. Also if you are using a older wizard your addon might be installed but not enabled.

Using tvonline N , no wizard is installed because it wont install anything. It will just fail as i press on install....

Is that an android box?

Yes it is. Avov tvonline 4 and tvonline N are using android 5.1
It might be a corrupted install, or a file was left over from a previous installation is screwing things up. Just wondering, are you starting from a factory reset?

After doing factory setting on the device , both kodi 16.1 and 17.1 are working.
