I do not remember reading anyplace that smart STB is a supported way to watch the service... If you use a supported device/ way to watch then VOD works fine.. Nobody ever said any smart tv app would work 100% so its crazy your complaining to begin with!! That is the reason it's not working for you, for others it works just fine.
