Kodi 16.1

I just got kodi to install into my T8Pro not the 17 version the 16.1 downloaded and able to install getting tv but not sure how to say,it's like there's a pause in every frame in the picture I guess you could say slow motion every station is like this, also there is no adult channels any ideas what the problem is?Any advice Greatly appreciated!!

If it is every channel, you might try looking at the video hardware acceleration settings. Turn them all off and see how that affects the video quality. If it helps, you can tinker and add some back to see which one/ones are the culprits.

System > Settings > Video > Acceleration > Turn off "Allow hardware acceleration"

Make sure your settings level (lower left) is on Expert or you will not be able to access these settings.

Ok thanks ilan you don't think kodi the version I downloaded has any thing to do with it do ya?

16.1 seems stable and decent for the services here. I haven't heard many complaints.
