Not sure if you guys noticed but I just started adding info on channel status on the sticked channel list.
Basically it checks twice a day for channels with NO STREAM (cant detect if the video is wrong, ie receiver is in screen saver, channel is off, or if its freezing). After that it checks every hour if the channel is working again and updates the corresponding threads.
Hope that info helps the community. And as a note IM NOT AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY TO NFPS.. and consider this as INFORMATIONAL.. if channel is marked as down and is working.. good for your.. or if its not listed as DOWN.. just give it a time and it will update :)
