TV online package installer

Having problems with a TV online the package installer runs slow especially TV online bar Is there a build for my flash drive to correct it? Can someone post the link for the mandatory update for Tvonline unit I don't see it

Try factory defaulting the box ....when it reboots it should automatically install multiple package installers including one for tv-online
