STB Blocked

I got message that stb blocked. 3 weeks left on rocket. So I purchased new rocket and tried to change mac address on new rocket.
Now it wont change mac address as it says address already exits.
So now I have 2 rockets and none that work.
Still getting stb blocked.
Anyone have any ideas?

Did you follow the directions for resetting your box?
The method you spoke of is not what they say you need to do to get your boxes working.
