non working donations

Hello peeps,after paying for a couple of donations more than 3 weeks ago and after trying every method posted here and them refusing to work,is there an acknowledgment from the main rocket people that there is still an issue here,or is it being dismissed as user error? I ask this because all i read here is how people are watching tv. I haven't read any announcement where they say there is ongoing issues where many will be unable to connecto to the server,to hang tight,etc.

Make them work,haha. Hello craze,you've tried to help me in the past but no go. How about i pm you the codes and see if you can somehow make them work in a setup of yours.
