Does anyone else have their EPG populate slow in DOL?

I get "No Information" for a few seconds on my screen, then it populates. Then I move the screen to other channels and the same thing occurs. I tried two providers and they each do this. It is quite annoying when trying to quickly search to see what is on when I have to constantly pause. Maybe I am missing something as to why this occurs?

It is an unfortunate thing I must admit. I was always unsure why it was never setup in a way that when DOL connects to the Stalker server, the entire EPG is downloaded/cached to the box. This would display the entire EPG instantly as it would be reading from EMMC. The EPG is beautiful. As close to a real cable EPG I've ever seen.

My MAG displays the EPG grid instantly (blue button while watching ch.) so I assume that's what it does but I'm unsure on that claim.

My epg doesnt work on dol please if there is a work around let me know thanks.

My epg stoped working also after new update would like to know if there's a fix for this it's seems only myself and BKMAN2020 are the only ones mentioning being down completely from epg

Everything correct I have even master reset the box about 3 times and still no epg

Working at the moment on Rocket, NFPS and 66.
Maybe uninstall then reinstall DOL.
Again double checking Time Zone etc...

Captainkangaroo my time zone is correct I have reseted a couple times to different time zones and back to mine uninstalled and reinstalled DOL changed my dns to Google dns and even factory reset box and still no epg maybe you can have dreamlink look into this problem as in started after new update and now it looks iam not the only one with this issue cause it aent on my side I have done everything to try correct issue and and no go

My EPG still shows "No Information" as well.

My EPG is "no information" only for the program that is currently playing. This is the case for all channels. If I keep the EPG open, the "no information" is replaced by the name of the program after about 6-7 seconds. Any tips how to resolve this?

Having the same issue here. It will load the channel that I am watching but doesn't load the other channels in the guide unless I scroll or tune into the channel. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have already checked system date/time etc and the epg is full of "No Information"
