Is The Server Still Down?

Hi not sure if the server is down or if it is not working for a few of us only. I am using a mag254 in the UK but as I had in the early hours the screen goes black after trying to load portal. Do we have to join now or is it still free to air at the moment? Thanks Bonesy

Thanks for reply mate how do I get my end to connect please, I have tried turning plug off at the wall loads of times and pulling plug out to reset but to no avail. It was working yesterday afternoon when I had it on, is there a different web address now or is it blocking my end because I'm in the UK? Thanks

I had to reboot my modem/router and reloaded the portal all is good now. :)

Seems there was a new update for the Mag254. I would not authorize until I did the update. Then all was well!

I am using the IPTV STB EMU on my Android Box,and it was working fine till today.

sorry to hear that but I don't use either of the emu, the stalker client or stb emu. I have no need to..either way the servers are still up..

If you have a android device such as a phone or tablet just go to settings then manage apps look for stb emulator tap clear data and clear cache will work again thanks,

Reboot and if that doesn't help read up in the section devoted to your way of connecting to the portal. Portal is up.

Same here, the portal won't load since last Sunday. If I choose the "restart portal" from the internal portal, the yellow status bar will load halfway and that's it. Already tried defaulting the mag254 to factory settings.

I'm in the same boat as you, have just sat here and refreshed portal about 10 times without changing anything in between and it finally loaded on the 10th attempt. What I did was as soon as the yellow bar stopped moving at its usual point, give it a few second and then restart the portal again (I.e. Yellow bar stops > wait 5 seconds > Press setup button > restart portal)

Let me know how you get on.

I have been having problems loading the portal also, I tried SPJ_ steps for loading, it did get me into the portal but some windows are missing.There seems to be a problem with the main program.Ex. the main screen with the TV/Radio/Movies is missing.Hopefully this can be corrected.I have another iptv service and it is working great.

Hi everyone having the same issues as the others above with the portal loading, keep resetting but it starts blue screen then flick over to black screen with the yellow bar only going to half way, hopefully this will get sorted properly soon especially if we will have to pay for it soon when it goes private, fingers crossed. :cool:

Same issue here. Restarted portal multiple times. Sometimes I get black screen, sometimes loading icon with no progress and other times loading icon with half progress. Brutal.

Last night I basically did everything to my MAG 254 (reset, factory reset, downgraded via multicast, downgraded via USB, upgraded via multicast, upgraded via USB, restarted portal, etc, etc) and I'm still either getting a frozen progress indicator or black screen. Issue must be on the other end. I'll just hold back and keep an eye out for an update. Thanks everyone for all your expertise in this thread. I learned a lot.
