Cannot Reset MAG254

After tonights server issues I did a reboot and now have a Blank screen as a result. Tried a power off and menu reset and no luck.
any suggestions for a fix?

After several attempts of carefully following the STB reset instructions I'm getting only a blank screen.
Has anyone had this problem before?

Not me may be Try again later and see, reports here say some get going others not.

if you did a full reset, meaning def. setting in the BIOS menu, then go back to BIOS and ensure you are in NAND and have NTSC chosen for video, thks..
