I'm getting the same message, tried rebooting, uninstalled tvonline and reinstalled, still the same message. Is it being blocked by iptvprivate server or my internet service provider? Anybody else getting this message?

Does anyone know of another url that I can use on Vixo1 TV online app? Obviously the m3u links do not work, ( I tried). I'm new to these stb's and actually chose the Avov for its ease of use. I loaned my Avov TV Online box to a friend yesterday and his box is still up and running the tvonline app. I suppose mine was blocked due to the MAC address. Some MAC address were spared the blocking and some were not. I just want to see if using another url will work or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

Sorry asft if I broke any rules with my last post. I certainly did not mean to. Good news is that I left my Vixo1 unplugged for a few hours, just booted it up and it is now working as it should. Thank you all who worked on getting it back up.
