UK channels in Rocket Playlist are down ?

Are all of the UK channels in Rocket m3u Playlist are down ?

I.E.

188 Eden
191 Dmax
196 Travel Channel U.K.
239 Euronews
409 Boxnation
417 Bt Sports 2

BBC channels
ITV channels

Sky channels

How come I can't get any of these channels to play from the m3u playlist, but most American channels I can play.


So when the U.K. channels won't play using m3u playlist method.
Are they able to play on Mag 254 box using IPTV PORTAL 11.iptvrocket.tv ?

Or is it when one method doesn't work both of them will be down ?
