Same here just got my email I imputed portal address into my smart stb app on my smart tv and it says your stb is blocked any help be great tia

raoe59, I was messing around with the mag 254 last night and found that no matter what, I get that Blocked message when I try and replace the server URL and credentials.... The credential message will not even appear, just the Blocked message appears everytime.
I tried changing URL Portal on both portal one and portal two slots. That did not help, it still took me back to that Blocked message everytime.
Problem is that thee portals get locked into the auntentication credentials we have entered when first setting up. ANd if there is not a match with that quthentication and the server URL and the server name you gave it, then the Block message comes up every time.
That info entered into the portal must be the same as when you first entered it and logged on using them credentials.

Only other way would be to do a full factory data reset.
Them resets in the menus do not erase the server user data, and that is what you want to erase. So then a new credentials window will appear and you can start over.
When I finally went and entered my correct server uRL and then the authentication window finally appeared.
