The obvious choice for American channels would be USTVNOW. The free version will give you ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW, MY9 & PBS. These are live stations out of PA.

For shows on other stations check out USTVOD. These would all be 'on demand' shows as anyone in the US might watch online (similar to HULU). Not all channels work from Canada without a VPN (easy enough to do though) but you can google for the forum that tells you which channels you need Smart DNS/VPN for.

Genesis and Project Free TV also are great options for all shows ;)

Use Sport Devil>live TV>ilive.to, its the best for live USA tv. Its more stable than stalker less buffering.
