Channels buffering, sticking or in a loop

Hi Guys

i seldom don't write much unless I see a re occurring problem over time. I have observed pass couple days random channels are doing what is described in the topic heading.
Are the admins aware of this and is anything being done about it?

I dont think anything is being done about that..have same problem over a week now
