Paid to renew rocket iptv - help

I renewed my rocket a few days ago on IPTV and got a confirmation number and money was removed from my bank account.
When I check IPTV Reset & Rocket Checker I get :

Status: Inactive
Remaining days: 0 days
Mac Address: 00:00:00:00:00:00

The great crazed 2.0 checked for me and he also seen the same message.

1.When I renewed I imputed my email address that I had used before.
2.Then I entered my expired rocket number in box #1
3.left (optional mac address blank)

Can anyone help?

I think i am facing a worst off and very similae situation.I paid for 15 rockets. my credit card was charged 4 days gone no rockets.. I find this is unusua;. but it has put me in an embarrasing position having to tell customers no codes available WHY? .The Eocket buyers heed an solution Fast.. CAN i relly feel secue ? i am wondering.

Sorry to here about your situation. I have been a Rocket customer for years and this is the 1st time this has happed to me.

I'm in the same boat as you.. Check my Xtream codes IPTV and it says my donation# and expired as of 3/14/17. Bought 2 Rockets 6 -7 days ago.. Even when I check IPTV reset Rocket I get the same. ll 00:00:00:00:00 show up and Generic M3 with options, and can't do anything (Rocket Expired, 0 days left).. Just wait as Crazed2.0 said. I have been with Rockets since day.;) Crazed and Marley ;)always come thru for everyone.. Yes with this change is a real pain .Hopefully they come up with a way to get this new system to work....andkaal:)

Don't worry. These guys will come thru for you. Just keep Sending a private e-mail to crazed2.0 or Marley. They are going non-stop to help everyone.. I would bet on it.. (Usually takes 7-9 days) With 15 Rockets may be a bit longer ??).. Take care and good luck to you.....andkaal:)
