Hello! Since last reset I have no audio or almost none on all the channels, can anyone help???
All channels? Did you try rebooting your set-up? If that didn't work, try an IPTV Reset.

no audio for me either after i did a mag reboot...before reboot..couldnt watch fullscreen but there was audio..after reboot I can watch fullscreen but theres no sound on any channels

ok..turned volume up to 100 on tv and can just barely hear it..volume is also 100 on the mag..i checked settings

My problem solved.....my remote was set to turn volume up & down on my tv because mag was already at 100%, even though in inner portal it showed box was to start at 100% volume..it wasnt.volume was reset to low after update.I reset my remote (setup + ok button at same time)..turned volume all the way up on MAG..then set it up to control tv volume again. Volume is back where it was before update

Thank you so much for this information. I replaced 2 mag boxes for this issue and had the problem with a new one. I used your solution and all are fixed. This should be a sticky.
