Papiao Account status Inactive ? Help please

Hello there I haven't used my account in months and decided to use it the other day I couldn't get it to work so I went to my control panel to check the information I had and noticed that my status was set to Inactive, I also didn't have the capability of resetting the Mac or changing it, I'm not sure why my account status has been changed as the account has not been shared or anything since I got it, any help on this would be much appreciated thank you for your time.

This happened to one of my accounts. If you did not use it for a while, then some leechers were using your information. Email admin and they will change the donation for you.
