Authentication Failed Retrying

Trying since friday with no luck, asked Crazed many times to perform a reset to no avail.
Bought a new route for a friend of mine, linked a working MAC to that route typed in 13 digit alphanumeric Serial number, Device ID1 and Device ID2 are using 8 numbers and Signature is also using 8 numbers. Tried to change to less and more number but with no luck. Anyone else had this issue? AFTV, latest SPMC with build in Stalker Client.

Same here, with Kodi on PC and Stalker Client. m3u streams work fine with Simple Client and VLC etc, but no luck with Stalker Client. Crazed did a reset for me, and I've done many more since.

I've had it working many times before over the last couple of years, but just like you, nothing seems to work this time. Checked and rechecked MAC and all else till I'm blue in the face.

Yup TVFan Crazed (Thank you buddy for all your help) and I we too did a lot of reset with no luck.

The funny thing is all my other boxes (three of them) are working perfectly fine and they're all running pvr stalker clients, one is AFTV running latest SPMC second one is RPi3 running latest ver. of OSMC third one is an Razer Forge TV running latest SPMC. I even bought a second route just to check if maybe there's something wrong with the first one but still same issue.

By looking at the log file I'm getting server error of some sorts, might be issues on the servers end.

Hope we/they can figure it out what's wrong.
