audio video not matching

can some one please tell me if there using a avov onlineplus using stalker and rocket iptv if there getting any channels that are working properly been 2 weeks pass now that my audio and video does not match pitcure speeding way ahead of audio
any thing i can do to fix this

I saw this earlier this week on a friends box. The fix for him was to go to system,video,acceleration, and turn all the hardwired accelerators off.
