LAS VEGAS - Former heavyweight king Mike Tyson may be retired, but he’s still delivering some devastating shots.
The target of most of his blows this week has been world welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Tyson, who lives in Las Vegas, has already let it be known that he expects Manny Pacquiao to defeat Mayweather in the Fight of the Century on Saturday night at the MGM Grand. But he has also launched some shots at ‘Money’ Mayweather from some other angles, including a blistering response to Mayweather’s suggestion earlier that he is “the greatest,” not Muhammad Ali.
“(Mayweather's) very delusional,” Tyson told Undisputed Champion Network.
“Listen, if he was anywhere near the realm of greatness of Ali, he would be able to take his kids to school by himself. Okay? He can’t take his kids to school by himself and he’s talking about how he’s great? Greatness is not guarding yourself from the people. Greatness is being accepted by the people. He can’t take his kids to school by himself, he’s a little scared man. He’s a very small, scared man.”
