just want to let everyone know that i finally got the iptv66 working on simple client ,all i did was i went into my route checker submitted a mac address (left the box empty not putting in all 00s ) and it gave me a m3u list i picked the generic option and put the link it gave me into simple client and it works my only problem is that i dont have an epg guide as the one i was using with my mac address in stalker client doesnt work here and the channel logos dont load but i have tv im using kodi 15.2

It think you need the put a specific url on the settings of Simple client for epg to work.
So if anyones know what link to put down please tell us to let us know.

You wont get yahyabell.com epg working with Iptvsimple as the .m3u doesn't have matching tvg-id="" Field. Need Viper or NFPS to alter code.

You can sort of fix it yourself temporary by Manually Editing .m3u and adding corresponding <channel id="***.schedulesdirect.org"> from epg into the .m3u list tvg-id="***.schedulesdirect.org" Field

Thanks for pointing this out Simpleuse, I pasted the link into IPTV Simple Client and it works great. This after days of trying to get Stalker Client running with a hundred different combinations of Device ID's, Serials, MAC's etc.

I don't know about yayabell's epg, but I use an epg.xml that I create using expatter's method in the Kodi forum here: http://iptvtalk.net/forumdisplay.php?88-EPG-(iVue-Guide-XMLTV-EPG-Grabber) and it works just fine with Simple Client.

Oops, spoke too soon, the links to the channels seem to be broken. The guide loads fine but then the channel switches to some other place entirely. FXX HD goes to some Spanish language channel for instance. May have to remap!

Tizer, I'd like to try your suggestion. I've opened up both files but I don't see the lines you reference above, so I must be doing something wrong. Could you explain a little further for us?

Specifically, I see this in the .m3u file:

It's this CSV file that I'm hoping has promise to map the channel called "DSC" to the correct line in the .m3u file. That way it would only have to be done once.

Example in the .m3u to get EPG for history HD you need to put

The .m3u generated isn't filling out correct field and only has partial schedulesdirect in tvg-id
Or since you say you are generating your own EPG you can try putting what NFPS has in the tvg-id field as another <display-name>57708</display-name> when building .xml but abit of a pain so ill let someone else do hard work.

It should pick up the Plugin channels and allow you to get your own list going. It's grown pretty large as a program, the concept and output work well, I used it with IPTV Stalker Plus for about a year. It can interface with Schedules Direct, or any other service provider.

TVFan I was using the Extended .m3u with included Channel icons that's why you maybe see different line in your .m3u

That Discovery line in your .xml for you may need to read 17444 from previous playing about I think gets added into .ren or some other file

My fingers are far from nimble, but it just took changing the ONE line in the m3u file to get ALL the channels I've tried to work correctly. Sweet indeed!
